Community Workshop on Plastic Pollution

Join the Missouri River Bird Observatory for a free Local Community Workshop on Plastic Pollution.  This interactive, two-hour session will explore how plastic pollution affects human health, highlight solutions being used in other communities, and identify practical opportunities for reducing plastic locally. The workshop will be led by Saline County-based biologists Dana Ripper, Ethan Duke, and Melina Matheney, who have been working on plastic pollution issues for several years. Dinner from Loveless Pizza Tavern will be provided, and all community members are welcome. Please register at: https://bit.ly/MarshallPlastic2026.
