The City of Marshall will spend the next two days performing routine maintenance on the city’s storm sirens.
According to Marshall communications director Anmarie Gibson, the maintenance will take place Monday, Feb. 16 and Tuesday, Feb. 17, and may involve the sirens sounding for short intervals. The City of Marshall manages their own storm sirens, while other sirens around Saline County are under the direction of the county’s Emergency Management office.
