State Fair Community College will host author Marilyn Kay for a book reading, signing, and presentation on disability advocacy at 1:30 p.m. Tuesday, February 24, in the Donald C. Proctor Library inside the Yeater Learning Center.

Kay is the author of “Lord, Will You Do It?” a book that reflects on the challenges and triumphs she has experienced while raising a daughter with cerebral palsy.

The event is free and open to the public. Kay will share a presentation on parent advocacy, creative writing, and the role of Christianity in her family’s journey. A book signing will follow the presentation.
