The Knob Noster Board of Aldermen approved an amendment to the Municipal Code relating to the posting of short-term rental properties.
The amendment was considered during the board’s meeting on Tuesday, February 17th. City Administrator Cameron Jackson explains that the amendment no longer requires owners of short-term rentals to post their information publicly to the exterior of the property.
The board then discussed changes coming to the city’s Emergency Management Director position in the future. Jackson says he will be the one to take on that role after he gets certified to do so.
The board also held a discussion regarding the city’s water and sewer connection policy, but tabled any action until its next meeting in March.
