A three-vehicle collision east of Sedalia on Sunday, May 17 resulted in moderate injury to a Clarksburg man.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol says the 52-year-old was in an SUV that had slowed down for traffic on westbound U.S. Route 50 at Route TT around 9:45 p.m. A 17-year-old teenager from Bates City failed to stop her vehicle for the slowed traffic and struck an SUV driven by an Illinois man, which then struck the SUV from Clarksburg. The Clarksburg man was treated at a nearby hospital, while the other two drivers had no reported injuries. Troopers report that all three drivers were wearing their seat belts at the time of the wreck.
