A Fayette man is facing a felony charge after a reported “road-rage” incident on Monday, January 29, in Howard County.
According to a probable-cause statement, 28-year-old Collin Latha Russell allegedly displayed a gun in a threatening manner toward the reporting person. The alleged victim’s vehicle also had two children sitting in the back seat during the reported incident.
According to online court documents, Russell has been charged with a Class E Felony for Unlawful Use of a Weapon- Exhibiting; and two misdemeanors for Endangering the Welfare of a Child. Bond has been set at $50,000 cash only.
Russell’s arraignment hearing is set for 1:30 p.m. on Wednesday, February 28, at Howard County Circuit Court in Fayette.
