A Marshall teen was injured in a head-on traffic crash in Saline County on Tuesday.
According to a report from the Missouri State Highway Patrol, the crash occurred as westbound vehicle, driven by 18-year-old Logan Johnson, reportedly began to slide off the roadway, returned to the roadway, and traveled into the path and struck an eastbound vehicle, driven by 22-year-old Mathew Curren, head-on.
Johnson reportedly was transported by Slater E.M.S to University Hospital in Columbia for treatment of moderate injures. Curren reportedly was not injured.
The crash happened about 3:50 p.m. on Highway 240, one-half mile west of 240th Road.
