A Marshall man has been charged with two felonies for an alleged incident earlier this week in Saline County.
Online court documents say 27-year-old Novas Durley has been charged with a Class A Felony for First-Degree Assault- Causing Serious Physical Injury and an Unclassified Felony for Armed Criminal Action. Bond was set at $250,000 cash only with special conditions.
Durley’s arraignment hearing is scheduled at 9 a.m. on Wednesday, February 28, at Saline County Circuit Court in Marshall.
