A Prairie Home teen has been charged with two felonies, including a sex-related felony involving a juvenile- the incident allegedly occurring on a school bus on February 28.
According to a probable-cause statement, a 15-year-old female alleges 17-year-old Eli Anthony Cargile touched her under her clothing. During an interview, Cargile allegedly admitted to authorities to the inappropriate contact.
Online court documents say Cargile has been charged with a Class D Felony for Sodomy in the Second Degree and a Class E Felony for Harassment. Bond has been set at $10,000 cash only.
Cargile’s initial hearing at Cooper County Circuit Court is pending.
