A job fair is scheduled to be held in Salisbury on Wednesday, March 7.
According to a news release, the Salisbury Area Chamber of Commerce and Chariton County Community Economic Development Corporation have joined forces to set up the event to bring some of the region’s best employers together.
Employers reportedly are going to be looking for talent in health care, transportation, customer service, manufacturing, technology and agriculture.
Prospective employees are urged to dress professionally, bring a resume or list of previous employment and be prepared to complete job applications.
The job fair is scheduled to be held from 12 to 5 p.m. at the Balcony Ballroom at 204 South Broadway Street.
