A Salisbury resident has been charged with a felony in Randolph County for allegedly selling methamphetamine to confidential informant in a protected location in October 2017.
According to a probable-cause statement, Jacob Scott Wilhelm, who was 27 years old at the time, sold one-half gram of the controlled substance to the informant in a location that was a little more than 700 feet from Moberly Head Start and Daycare.
Online court documents say a warrant has been issued and Wilhelm, now 28, has been charged with a Class A Felony for Distribution of a Controlled Substance in a Protected Location. Bond has been set at $20,000 cash only.
Wilhelm’s initial appearance at Randolph County Circuit Court is pending.
