Four Marshall teenagers sustained injuries in a rollover traffic crash in Saline County on Tuesday.
According to a report from the Missouri State Highway Patrol, the crash occurred as 15-year-old Ebony Banks reportedly lost control of the eastbound vehicle she was driving on a gravel roadway. The vehicle ran off the left side of the roadway, struck a tree and overturned.
Banks, who reportedly was not wearing a seat belt, sustained moderate injuries. Passengers in the vehicle– 18-year-old Kyanna Hayes, 18-year-old Laney Kinder and a 16-year-old female– each suffered minor injuries. They reportedly were transported to Fitzgibbon Hospital in Marshall for treatment.
The crash happened just before 5 p.m. on Watermill Road, six-tenths of a mile east of Magnolia Avenue.
