A Bosworth resident– who authorities allegedly found to be in possession of some marijuana, controlled pills, plastic bags containing methamphetamine residue and other drug-related items on May 23– has been charged with two counts of a drug-related felony.
According to online court documents, 24-year-old Tyler Leigh McDowell has been charged with two counts of a Class D Felony for Possession of a Controlled Substance, Except 35 Grams or Less of Marijuana or Synthetic Cannabinoid and two drug-related misdemeanors. Bond has been set at $20,000 cash or licensed surety– no 10-percent allowed, with unspecified conditions.
McDowell’s initial appearance at Carroll County Circuit Court is pending.
