Two Kingsville residents sustained injuries in a two-vehicle traffic crash in Carroll County on Monday.
A report from the Missouri State Highway Patrol says the crash occurred as a southbound vehicle, driven by 52-year-old Tyrone Rollins, of Kingsville, was stopped for construction on U.S. Highway 65 and reportedly was struck in the rear by another southbound vehicle, driven by 54-year-old David Boyles, of Jefferson City.
While a passenger in Rollins’ vehicle, 48-year-old Beverly Rollins, told authorities she would seek her own treatment of minor injuries, Tyrone Rollins was transported by Carroll County E.M.S. to Carroll County Memorial Hospital in Carrollton for treatment of minor injuries. Boyles reportedly was not injured.
The crash happened at about 2:30 p.m., three-tenths of a mile south of County Road 234.
