One of the eight Marshall City Councilmen stepped down from his elected position during the meeting on Monday, June 18.
Ward 4 Councilman Rudy Reyes explains he is doing so at the end of this month due to protocol.

Reyes ran unopposed and was reelected to a two-year term during this year’s Municipal Election. His term runs out in April 2020.
Reyes’ seat will remain vacant until a replacement can be found and approved by current council members.
