Each Fair participant will be required to sign a liability waiver. Waivers will be available at livestock sign-up day.
If you have not turned in a waiver before the fair, it will be due when you enter your first exhibit.
Friday, July 6th

  • Truck and Tractor Pull – 6:30 p.m.

Saturday, July 7th

  • Clean up and Fair Set up – 8:00 a.m.
  • Archery Shoot- 10:00 a.m. – 12:00 a.m.
  • BB/Pellet and Small Bore Shoot (Beck Home) – 2:00 p.m. – 4:00p.m.
  • Western Heritage (Beck Home) – 5:00 p.m. – 7:00p.m.

  • Poultry check in /blood testing (all birds in the barn by 8:00 am) – 6:00 a.m. – 8:30 a.m.
  • Rabbit check in – 7:00 a.m. – 10:00 a.m.
  • Breeding Swine Arrive – 8:00 a.m. (Must be in place by 9:00 a.m.)
    • X-bred Breeding Swine – will weigh in until 10:00 a.m.
  • Poultry Show (North Barn) -9:30 a.m.
  • Breeding Swine Show – 1:00 p.m.
    • (Breeding Swine: cannot leave until show is over & must leave the grounds by 5 p.m.)
  • Market Swine check-in – 5:00 p.m. -9:00 p.m.
    • (Arrive NO earlier than 5 p.m.) (weigh in 7 p.m.-10 p.m.)

NO HOG WEIGH IN ON WEDNESDAY

  • Music Show Rehearsal (Outside Arena) – 6:00 p.m.
  • Rabbit – Advanced Showmanship test – 7:00 p.m.

Wednesday, July 18th

  • Rabbit Show – 8:00 a.m.
  • Check-in: Sheep, Goat and Beef (including Bucket Calves) – 8-11:00 a.m.

ALL LIVESTOCK MUST BE IN PLACE BY 11:00 A.M.

  • Start weighing Lambs, Goats & Steers – 10:00 am

ALL MARKET LAMBS MUST BE SHEARED BEFORE WEIGHING

    • All T-shirts to be picked up – 12:00 p.m.
    • Market Swine Show – 1:00 p.m.
  • Country Jamboree (Outdoor Arena) – 7:30 p.m.

  • Blood Drive – coordinated by the Livingston County 4-H Council – 10:00 a.m. -4:00 p.m.
  • Livestock Judging Contest – 10:00 a.m. -4:00 p.m.
  • Appreciation Picnic – Purchase Tickets in Concession Area (Expo Center) – 5:00 p.m.-6:30 p.m.
  • Release of Non-Livestock Exhibits & North Barn Animals (Rabbit, Poultry & Bucket Calves) – 6:00 p.m.
  • Market Animals Sale All Other Animals Released After the Completion of their Species in the Livestock Sale. – 7:00 p.m.

Saturday, July 21st

  • Clean-up – 8:00 am

NOTICES:
NO bikes, roller blades or skate boards allowed on the grounds.
NO alcoholic beverages allowed on the grounds.
NO dogs allowed on the grounds for health & safety reasons.
Only dogs being shown with Health Papers are allowed at the Dog Show.
Any exhibitor removing exhibits before release time will NOT be allowed to exhibit in the fair the following year!
NO straw allowed in the barns. Straw in tie-out area- exhibitor will clean.
All livestock pens must be cleaned by noon on Saturday.
NO adults, non 4-H or non FFA members will exhibit in show ring for any show classes.
Livestock trailers must be parked at the High School or taken Home.
Animals for sale cannot be advertised until after they have been judged. Signs can be no bigger than an index card (4” x 6”).
Lawn chairs welcome at outdoor arena events. Seating provided for Expo Center events.
