Two Carrollton residents are facing felony drug charges after authorities executed a search warrant at a residence in the 200 block of North Hale Street on Friday, October 26.
Authorities say they found multiple drug-related items- including drug paraphernalia- in the form of, but not limited to- smoking pipes, hypodermic syringes, metal spoons; and plastic baggies and digital scales to package or store controlled substances and/or to introduce a controlled substance into the body.
According to online court documents, warrants have been issued and 53-year-old Lee Roy Jones and 37-year-old Rhonda K. Reyburn have been charged. Jones has been charged with a Class C Felony for Delivery of a Controlled Substance, Except 35 Grams or Less of Marijuana or Synthetic Cannabinoid; and each subject has been charged with a Class D Felony for Possession of a Controlled Substance, Except 35 Grams or Less of Marijuana or Synthetic Cannabinoid; and two drug-related misdemeanors. Bond for Jones has been set at $50,000 and for Reyburn at $35,000- each cash or licensed surety- no 10-percent allowed.
An initial hearing for each subject at Carroll County Circuit Court is pending.
