Patty Ann Bartel, age 73, of Nelson, died Friday, November 2, 2018.

Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, November 6, 2018, at Campbell-Lewis Chapel in Marshall. Visitation will be held from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Monday, November 5th, at the funeral home. Burial will be in Salt Fork Cemetery in Cooper County. Patty is survived by her husband, John Bartel, of the home; sons, Larry (Tonia) Bartel and Dewey (Donna) Bartel of rural Nelson; daughter, Judy (Eric) Shireman of Marshall; as well as nephew/honorary son, Jonathon (Reba) Raines of rural Nelson; mother, Ann Wiecken, brother, Bill (Teresa) Wiecken and Danny Wiecken all of Versailles, MO; sister, Lana (Lloyd) Camp of Mountain Home, AR; grandchildren, Tara (Chaney) Beltz, Nick Shireman, Brett (Aislinn) Jasper, Stacey (Ron) Narron, Brooke (Kasey) Williams, Ronnie Dale (Stacey) Bush, Crystal (Chip) Riggs, Rugen and Lilyanne Raines; great-grandchildren, Brecken and Logan Jasper, Isabella, Paisley, Rowan and Sawyer Wolfe, Jude Williams, Redding Beltz, Katelyn (Michael) Harlow, Justin Smith, Cody and Caleb Bush, Lourdes and Daleyza Quetzecua; and great-great-grandchildren, Beckett and Eleanor Harlow.

Patty was preceded in death by her father, Carlos Wiecken; father and mother-in-law, Dewey and Anna Marie Bartel; and brother-in-law, Charles (Butch) Bartel.
