Colonel Landy William Caldwell, age 69, of Concordia, died Friday, December 28, 2018.

Memorial services will be held at 2 p.m. on Friday, January 4, at Campbell-Lewis Chapel in Concordia.

A visitation will be held from 1 to 2 p.m. on Friday at the funeral home. Memorials may be made to Children’s Mercy Hospital.

Survivors include three sons: Darin Ray Caldwell of Concordia, Jason William Caldwell (Jennie) of Collins, and Landy Edward Caldwell (Jourdan) of Springfield; six grandchildren; one sister, Donna A. Heins (Adolf) of Blackburn; as well as other extended family and friends.

In addition to his parents, James E. Caldwell and Betty Jean Cash Caldwell; he was preceded in death by two brothers, Sonny and Paul Caldwell.
