Three area residents sustained injuries in a two-vehicle traffic crash in Henry County on Monday.
According to a report from the Missouri State Highway Patrol, the crash occurred as a southbound vehicle, driven by 20-year-old John Hale, of Clinton, reportedly traveled into the northbound lane and struck the front, left corner of a northbound vehicle, driven by 37-year-old Jonathan Bollmeyer, of Lexington. After impact, Bollmeyer’s vehicle reportedly came to rest in a ditch; and Hale’s vehicle came to rest on the roadway.
Bollmeyer suffered moderate injuries; and a passenger in his vehicle- 37-year-old Carrie Bollmeyer, of Lexington- sustained minor injuries. They reportedly were transported by ambulance to Western Missouri Medical Center in Warrensburg for treatment. Hale suffered minor injuries and reportedly was transported to Golden Valley Hospital in Clinton for treatment.
The crash happened just before 3:30 p.m. on Missouri Highway 13 at Northeast 1000 Road.
