Drug-related felony charges have been filed against a Sedalia resident after authorities say they found numerous drug-related items in a residence on Thursday, February 13.
According to a probable-cause statement, detectives from the Mid-Missouri Drug Task Force and Pettis County Sheriff’s Deputies executed a search warrant in the 3800 block of South Ingram and located marijuana smoking pipes and grinders; containers of “dab” or “honey oil”; marijuana seeds; butane lighter fuel; more than 300 Alprazolam bars and 300 Adderall capsules; and numerous other drug-related items.
Online court documents say a warrant has been issued and Joseph Alan Waller has been charged with two counts of a Class C Felony for Delivery of a Controlled Substance. Bond has been fixed at $50,000 cash or surety.
The other person in the residence has not been charged at this time.
Waller’s initial hearing is pending at Pettis County Circuit Court.
