An Aullville man sustained moderate injuries in a two-vehicle traffic crash in Lafayette County on Friday.
A report from the Missouri State Highway Patrol says the crash occurred as a westbound vehicle, driven by 37-year-old Blaine Boyer, of Alp, Georgia, reportedly failed to yield to a northbound vehicle, driven by 71-year-old Duane Hayward. The front passenger’s side of Hayward’s vehicle reportedly struck the front of Boyer’s vehicle.
While Boyer reportedly was not injured, Hayward- who reportedly was not wearing a seat belt- was transported by Concordia E.M.S. to Western Missouri Medical Center in Warrensburg for treatment.
The crash happened just before 2:50 p.m. on Route T at Davis Road.
