Saline County authorities are asking for help from the public in locating a woman with a warrant for her arrest.
According to a release from the sheriff’s department, 54-year-old Joy Denice Foster is wanted on an original charge of stealing of $750 or more, with $7,500 cash or surety- 10-percent approved- bond.
Foster is described as being white, about 5-foot-6 and 150 pounds, with brown/blonde hair and brown eyes.
