UPDATE: AS OF 10:25 A.M. FRIDAY, MARCH 8, THE BOIL ADVISORY HAS BEEN LIFTED.
A boil advisory has been issued for some area residents.
According to a spokesperson with Public Water Supply District No. 2 of Saline County, due to a water-line break, customers who live between Slater and Arrow Rock are advised to boil all of their consumable water for the next 48 hours.
The advisory began at 10:30 a.m.
