The Marshall City Council considered approval of an annual agreement with the Saline County Emergency Management Agency during the council meeting on Monday, April 1.

The council approved the agreement, under which the city will pay the county $19,570.50. That is figured by multiplying $1.50 by the city’s population of 13,065.
