Carrollton fire fighters were dispatched to douse a blaze in the south end of town on Sunday.
According to a spokesperson at the fire department, firemen were toned out at about 10:30 p.m. to the Lock Warehouse Pallet House on South Main Street. The structure was fully involved upon the arrival of fire fighters.
The spokesperson said the North-Central Carroll Fire Protection District (Bogard and Tina) and the Norborne Fire Department provided mutual aid.
The spokesperson said most fire fighters cleared the scene at about 2 a.m. Monday. He said some have stayed on-site to put out any hot spots that might flare up.
No estimate of damage has been released. The cause of the fire is still under investigation.
There were no injuries reported from the scene.
