A Lenexa, Kansas, man has been charged with a felony after a reported high-speed pursuit in Pettis County on June 14.
According to a probable-cause statement, Luke Towler sped away in his vehicle from an attempted traffic stop by a deputy, and the ensuing pursuit reached speeds of as much as 130 miles per hour on eastbound U.S. Highway 50.
