During its meeting on Monday, June 17, the Concordia Board of Aldermen approve an ordinance for the final plat of Alpaca Acres No. 2- Lots 1 through 4- on the west side of Bonn Road.
According to unofficial minutes from the meeting, the board also waived the 15-day submission for the final plat.
In other news, the board voted to waive machine uses charges and labor when adding rock to various alleys upon request of owners or residents, as in the case of Stephen Soroka. Aldermen voted to approve continuing to charge just for the materials only, and not for the labor on this machine on this bill; and will readdress the charges for future requests.
