A Riverside, California, resident suffered minor injuries in a traffic crash in Lafayette County on Friday.
A report from the Missouri State Highway Patrol says the crash occurred as an eastbound vehicle, driven by 21-year-old Malik McKinney, reportedly traveled off the right side of the roadway, struck the guardrail, returned to the roadway and then traveled off the left side of the roadway.
McKinney reportedly was transported by Odessa E.M.S. to Centerpoint Medical Center in Independence for treatment.
The crash happened just before 3:20 p.m. at the 45 mile marker on I-70.
