A Marshall resident had to be flown from the scene of a rollover traffic crash in Saline County on Sunday.

A report from the Missouri State Highway Patrol says the crash occurred as 50-year-old Mary Lowe reportedly failed to negotiate a curve in her northbound vehicle, and it traveled off the right side of the roadway, struck an embankment and overturned.

Lowe reportedly was flown by Life Flight helicopter to University Hospital in Columbia for treatment of serious injuries.

The crash happened at 11:30 a.m. on Route M, south of 320th Road.
