A Columbia man suffered moderate injuries in a rollover traffic crash in Saline County on Monday.
A report from the Missouri State Highway Patrol says the crash occurred as an unknown vehicle passed a westbound vehicle, driven by 34-year-old David Nacarato, and immediately decelerated. That action reportedly caused Nacarato to swerve his vehicle off the right side of the roadway, and it struck a ditch, overturned and came to rest on its tires.
Nacarato reportedly was transported by Saline County E.M.S. to Fitzgibbon Hospital in Marshall for treatment.
The crash happened at 8:15 p.m. at the 81 mile marker on I-70.
