The Marshall City Council considered approval of a solid-waste disposal services addendum with Waste Corporation of Missouri, LLC, during its meeting on Monday, September 16.
City Administrator Dave Haugland explained what WCA is proposing for the next five years.

Haugland continued, saying the proposal is a really good deal.

The council approved both readings of the proposed ordinance.
