An annual event is scheduled for this weekend to help out an area animal shelter.
According to a news release, the Missouri Valley College Public Relations’ Department’s Fifth Annual “Fill The Truck” event is scheduled to be held on Saturday, September 28. The event is scheduled to begin at 9 a.m. at Walmart at 855 South Cherokee Drive in Marshall.
Items needed include pet food, toys, cleaning supplies and other pet supplies.
All donations will go to the Marshall Animal Shelter.
