Let Freedom Ring! Celebrate Independence Day at the City Park in Alma. Events start at 7 p.m. Thursday, July 1 and run through Saturday, July 3.

Thursday, July 1:

7 p.m. – 3 Hole Washer Tournament ($20 per team)

• Registration is open 6 – 7 p.m. at the Alma Beer & Wine Garden
• Double elimination bracket

Friday, July 2:

6 p.m. – Baby Contest at the Bandstand ($5 registration)

• Registration 5 – 5:45 p.m.
• Limited registration at almanet.net
• No late entries

7 p.m. – Corn Hole Tournament ($20 per team)

• Registration 6 – 7 p.m. at the Alma Beer & Wine Garden
• FREE Catfish Dinner served 5 – 8:30 p.m.
• Double elimination bracket

Saturday, July 3:

8 a.m. – Trinity 13th Annual 5K Run/Walk

• Registration 7 – 8 a.m. at Trinity Lutheran School
• Pre-registration: $20 each @ teams/families (min 4/max 10); $25 for individuals
• Registration on race day: $30 each-anyone; $25 @ Snooze Button donor

9 a.m. – Trap Shoot Derby ($8 per round – $3 to Jackpot)

• Three age catagories

10 a.m. – Kids Games in the Park

• Wide variety of free activities for youth
