The 2024 Pearls of Production Conference will feature a Pixels of Production virtual webinar night on October 29th and an in-person hands-on event on November 2nd in Columbia, MO.

Pixels of Production on October 29th will feature a talk by Janeal Yancy PhD, Becoming Mom at the Meat Counter. Dr. Yancey is a meat scientist at the University of Arkansas. The webinar will also include smaller group breakout sessions for estate planning, value added meat opportunities, backyard poultry, and bee keeping. This session aims to set the stage for the hands-on opportunity on November 2nd.
