6 pm – W-N R-9 Senior School Food Stand Opens

6 pm -10 pm: Carnival Arm Band: $25 at the carnival (all rides, all ages)

6:15 pm Opening ceremony: Mayor Randy Florence welcomes and will raise the flag.

6:30 pm:  Pet Parade: “Willy Wonka’s Best Friends” and Youth Parade: ”Oompa Loompas” will follow pet parade

6:30 pm-8:30 pm Entertainment- Freedom Gospel Music Group

6:45 pm:  Registration for Mini Poker run/Combo scavenger/Trivia contest at Road District Building. $10 entry fee.

7 pm Mini Poker run/Combo scavenger/Trivia contest begins
