As the result of the execution of a search warrant at a Carrollton residence on February 14, three Carrollton residents were arrested, and each has been charged with a drug-related felony.
According to a probable-cause statement, 33-year-old Brandon Ray Adkins is alleged to possess methamphetamine, baggies and hypodermic syringes; 28-year-old Mark Lee Smith methamphetamine, metal spoons and ladle and baggies; and 22-year-old Tye Nicole Wells, methamphetamine and hypodermic syringes.
Online court documents say warrants have been issued, and each has been charged with a Class D Felony for Possession of a Controlled Substance, Except 35 Grams or Less of Marijuana and a drug-related misdemeanor. Bond for each has been set at $15,000 cash or licensed surety.
Each defendant’s initial hearing at Carroll County Circuit Court in Carrollton is pending.
