A Ray County resident suffered injuries in a rollover traffic crash reportedly caused by slick road conditions in Lafayette County on Sunday.
A report from the Missouri State Highway Patrol says the crash occurred as 27-year-old Tommie Twyman, of Hardin, reportedly lost control of the northbound vehicle she was driving. The vehicle reportedly traveled off the left side of the roadway, struck an embankment and overturned.
Twyman, who reportedly was not wearing a seat belt, was transported by Odessa E.M.S. to Centerpoint Hospital in Independence for treatment of minor injuries.
The crash happened at about 7 p.m. on Route O, south of Watershed Road.
