Prior to the Marshall School Board getting down to taking care of business on Tuesday, April 17, a couple of board members who had decided not to run for another term were recognized, and their two replacements were administered the Oath of Office during the reorganization of the board.
President of the board Brad Guthrey read the results of the Municipal Election voting.

Superintendent Dr. Carol Maher and Guthrey presented outgoing members Susie Thompson and Leslie Huston with plaques honoring their service.
Secretary Linda Perkins administered the Oath of Office to Erin Williams and Bryon Jacques.
The board then elected officers for the next year, and Guthrey was selected to remain as president and Mike Mills as vice-president. Eddie Harper was tabbed to be treasurer and Perkins as secretary. Kathy Green was selected to remain as the delegate to the Missouri School Board Association, with Williams serving as the alternate.
