A resident of Graham, Washington, has been charged with a drug-related felony in Lafayette County after a traffic stop on I-70 on May 3.
According to authorities, after they conducted a traffic stop, the vehicle being driven by 25-year-old Deveion Marquis Galvan, was found to have a large trash bag in the trunk that contained 11 individual bags of marijuana– weighing a total of approximately 15 pounds.
Online court documents say Galvan has been charged with a Class C Felony for Delivery of a Controlled Substance, Except 35 Grams or Less of Marijuana.
Galvan appeared in custody and pleaded not guilty during his arraignment hearing on May 4. He posted $10,000 surety bond, and his cause has been continued for a hearing at 9 a.m. on Wednesday, June 13, at Lafayette County Circuit Court.
