A Hughesville resident was injured in a traffic accident in Pettis County on Friday.
A report from the Missouri State Highway Patrol says the accident occurred as a southbound vehicle, driven by 26-year-old Amanda Randall, reportedly traveled off the left side of the roadway, struck a guardrail and came to a rest facing east in the middle of the roadway.
Randall reportedly was transported by Pettis County ambulance to Western Missouri Medical Center in Warrensburg for treatment of moderate injures.
The accident happened just before 11 p.m. on U.S. 65, just north of Flat Creek Bridge.
