An area state park is scheduled to host a free event for children for several hours on Wednesday, December 19.
According to a news release, from 5 to 8 p.m., Knob Noster State Park is hosting a kids night for children ages 7-14 at the visitor center. The event will include a holiday movie, hot chocolate and popcorn, as well as a winter craft session. The attendees are encouraged to wear pajamas and bring a pillow and blanket during the event. The parents also are welcome to join in the fun.
This is a free event, but registration is required and will be open until December 17.
