Ward 3 Councilman Dan Brandt said the city of Marshall has extended the time frame it will be picking up yard waste during the council meeting on Monday, December 17.
Brandt made the announcement during his report on solid waste and airport activity. He said the city is down on yard-waste pickup hours during the months of September, October and November from 866 last year to 540 this year.

Brandt also noted how the trash pick-up schedule will work during the holiday season– the weeks of Christmas and New Year’s Day.
