A 39-year-old Marshall man was taken into custody by authorities on Wednesday, October 9.
According to a report from the Saline County Sheriff’s Department, a suspect with a full-extradition felony warrant was reported to be in the Slater area. Further information led to a search of the Arrow Rock State Historic Site, where the suspect was located. Authorities say a search of the subject’s vehicle prior to it being towed revealed methamphetamine to be on the dash board.
Travis Vinton Goff was arrested for the felony warrant and possession of a controlled substance. Bond has been set at $15,000 cash only.
According to online court documents, Goff was arraigned on Thursday, October 10. A confined docket hearing is scheduled to be held at 10 a.m. on Wednesday, October 16, at Saline County Circuit Court.
