Authorities say the found several drug-related items after executing a search warrant at a Marshall residence on October 5, 2018, and a Marshall man has been charged with a drug-related felony.
According to a probable-cause statement, authorities say the found marijuana in a Ball Mason jar; two sandwich bags containing marijuana; a digital scale with marijuana particles on it; a grinder; and other drug-related items. The marijuana weighed a total of more than 130 grams.
According to court documents, a warrant has been issued and Zackary Bryan Schenk has been charged with a Class D Felony for Delivery of a Controlled Substance. Bond has been set at $10,000 cash or surety.
Schenk’s initial hearing is pending at Saline County Circuit Court.
