A 25-year-old Miami man has been charged with felonies after a traffic stop in Linn County on November 16.
According to a probable-cause statement, with the assistance of a K-9, authorities say they located a black backpack in the trunk, and inside was a Ziploc bag that contained three bags of marijuana; one bag of four Alprazolam pills; $180; and a scale with a green leafy substance on it, which tested positive for marijuana. The vehicle was being driven by Trevor Lee Crawford.
Court documents say a warrant has been served and Crawford has been charged with two counts of a Class C Felony for Delivery of a Controlled Substance; a Class C Felony for Driving While Revoked or Suspended; and two misdemeanors.
Crawford is scheduled to be arraigned at 11:30 a.m. on Wednesday, November 20, at Linn County Circuit Court.
