According to a news release from the Missouri Department of Conservation, from December 28, 2019 through January 7, 2020 hunters in the state harvested 12,002 deer during the alternative-methods portion of the fall firearms deer season, compared to 12,109 last season.
The top three harvest counties are Callaway with 315, Franklin County had 297 and Pike had 261.
