A Roseburg, Oregon, man has been charged with a felony after a traffic stop on I-70 in Cooper County on March 9.
According to a probable-cause statement, with the assistance of a canine, a Missouri State Highway Patrol trooper located approximately 56 pounds of marijuana in the cargo area of the vehicle.
Kent Clay Alexander has been charged with a Class C Felony for Delivery of a Controlled Substance. Bond has been set at $25,000 cash or surety.
Alexander’s initial hearing is pending at Cooper County Circuit Court.
