The Sedalia Municipal Court has been suspended through May 1, 2020, by order of Honorable Paul Beard and pursuant to the mandate of the Supreme Court of the State of Missouri.
This affects the court dates for City of Sedalia:
Wednesday, April 8, cases have been moved to at 8:30 a.m. Wednesday, May 6, 2020;
Wednesday, April 15, cases have been moved to 8:30 a.m. on May 13, 2020;
Wednesday, April 22, cases have been moved to 8:30 a.m. on Wednesday, May 20, 2020; and
Wednesday, April 29, cases have been moved to 8:30 a.m. on Wednesday, May 27, 2020.
More information will be provided regarding the rescheduling of the Monday, April 27, 2020, trials.
If you have an attorney: Contact their office for your new court date. If you do not have an attorney, check www.courts.mo.gov (Case.net) for your new court date.
All court dates will be updated by April 10, 2020.
Payments may still be made by calling the Court Office or online at www.courts.mo.gov. However, you are advised to not e-mail your credit-/debit-card number.
Payments may be placed in the Water Department drop box. You are urged to make sure your name, phone number and the word “COURT” is on the outside of your envelope.
