Looking ahead, it’s difficult for some of us to understand what the new normal will entail. Saline County Health Department Administrator, Tara Brewer says the initial goal of the department was to educate citizens to keep them safe. She says moving forward, we can expect social distancing to be a part of our lives for a while.
Brewer says we need to be creative but still follow the rules set in place by Governor Mike Parson.

Brewer said a lot has been accomplished in Saline County over the last few months.

Brewer hopes that all residents will feel more prepared by the education that has been given by the department through the pandemic.
